Shipping and Returns
How long will it take for my order to ship?
De Novo typically asks for 1-2 business days for an order to be processed and shipped out.
Orders placed after 12pm CST will be submitted for processing the following business day. All expedited orders must be placed on Friday before 12pm CST in order to be processed and shipped out before the weekend.
Transit time may be extended due to incomplete shipping address (i.e. missing or invalid apartment number/street number), weather conditions and/or high volume.
How do I initiate a return?

Items eligible for return must be unworn with tags and received within the past 14 days, unless otherwise noted as 'Final Sale'. Returns will be issued store credit with no expiration. Exchanges cannot be made without a receipt or order number.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes- all returns are to be handled by the customer. Please submit your tracking number to ensure your order will be returned within out return policy.
Can I return a gift?
Yes, if that gift was given to you within the past 14 days, email Lawrence@denovoactive.com to verify your eligibility to return your gift. Exchanges cannot be made without a receipt or order number.
Can I return items I purchased online at events/in person?
OF COURSE! We would love to see you at one of our events or studio visits and will be happy to issue store credit in the event your item was purchased within 14 days and is unworn with tags. Exchanges cannot be made without a receipt or order number.
